But once you’ve got the members, the venue, and the dates in the diary, what next? What can you do to ensure that members keep on coming back, and more importantly, want to come back, every month, hopefully, year after year? I’ve listed a few things that our committee did to get things off the ground and are continuing to do to keep things fresh and exciting every month.
