Guild Annual General Meeting Minutes June 5, 2024

Present: Terri, Sherry, Kathy W, Jackie, Flo, Carolyn, Anthea, Deb C, Kristen, Laraine, Michelle

Terri called the meeting to order at 7:20 pm. Deb C moved to accept the minutes from the last AGM. Laraine seconded. Approved.

Laraine presented the Financial Report. Moved by Anthea, seconded by Jackie. Approved.

Nominations for Executive:Lynn moved the following positions:Sherry Walker – PresidentTerri Forbis – Past PresidentKathy Witdouck – Vice PresidentLaraine Butt – TreasurerKristen Ailsby – SecretaryJenn Giesbrecht – Social Media CoordinatorDeb C secondedCarried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:30.
