About Us:

The KCMQG was established in January of 2010 and has quickly grown into a guild with over 150 active, talented, and creative members. Meetings are packed full of information and inspiration, featuring local and guest speakers, challenges, 10 Minute Tips, and everyone’s favorite, Show and Tell. We also offer various weekend workshops, retreats, and activities for our members!

Our guild is focused on creating functional quilts in a modern style. Use of negative space, solid fabrics, improvisational piecing, and reinterpreted traditional blocks are frequently seen in our quilts.

We invite you to visit a meeting and join the fun. Our guild meets on the second Thursday of the month from 7-9 pm.
