About Us:

The Brisbane Modern Quilt Guild began in 2004 as a community group to promote the craft of modern quilting in a friendly atmosphere, provide a place to share ideas and skills, conduct workshops to enhance skills, and enable those members who wish to participate in charity quilt making for the community. Our focus is towards the modern quilting aesthetic but we welcome a diverse range of members interested in all forms of sewing including machine and hand quilting, embroidery, bag making, and any other sewing that makes you happy.
