QuiltCon Scholarship Application Information

Are you a member and do you want to apply for a scholarship to attend QuiltCon? Applications are now open.

Members may choose to apply for one of the following awards:

Travel + Registration:

Roundtrip airfare for one attendee, up to $700; three nights hotel in Phoenix, up to $1,050 total; and registration for a four-day lecture pass AND two three-hour workshops or one six-hour workshop.

Travel Only:

Roundtrip airfare for one attendee, up to $700; and three nights hotel in Phoenix, up to $1,050 total; a four-day lecture pass is also included.

The QuiltCon Attendee Scholarship Program is an MQG initiative funded entirely by donations. It provides financial assistance opportunities for MQG members who are first-time QuiltCon attendees to experience the inspiration, education, and rich resources unique to this show. This limited-fund award is intended for individuals facing financial or social barriers that prevent their ability to attend QuiltCon.

The scholarship application is now closed.

QuiltCon registration for MQG members opens Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Recipients of the scholarship will be notified by July 23, 2024.

Focusing your answer on one portion of the mission (art, education, or community), how will this scholarship help you encourage the growth and development of modern quilting?
