2021-22 Financial Report From Vikki Gray The Modern Quilt Guild has changed its year-end from December 31 to June 30, effective with the period that ended June 30, 2021. Our membership has grown to over 17,000 worldwide. As such, this financial report covers the period 18-month period of January 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022. I am proud of the management and staff of the Modern Quilt Guild for leading the first-ever virtual Quiltcon in February 2021, Quiltcon Together. Quiltcon Together attracted approximately 7000 people virtually from around the world. The success of Quiltcon Together allowed the Modern Quilt Guild to come out of the pandemic strong. Thank you to our membership community for your support of this event. In 2022, we returned to an in-person event. Quiltcon Phoenix was attended by approximately 6700 people from 49 US states and several countries. The event had 125 lectures, workshops, and social events and displayed more than 650 modern quilts.
